License and Software Support Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between the owner of the software product (Provider) and the Client (Client) as the end user of the software (Software Product).

The Agreement is for a fixed term, specifying a particular duration, but also provides for automatic renewal. It grants both parties the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.

The document includes provisions for penalty sanctions in the event of late licensing payments and service fees, as well as defines cases of liability limitation.

The Agreement is flexible in establishing individual terms of cooperation, as all key aspects are outlined in annexes in the form of tables, which must be completed or supplemented by you. The tables contain questions and guidelines, making them convenient to use and ensuring maximum time efficiency.
